COVID-19 Daily Health Screening

Daily health screenings are required for all students attending school for in-person instruction. Parents/guardians are expected to log into ParentVue each school day by 7:30am to complete a brief COVID-19 health screener. The screener can be accessed via ParentVue (mobile app or on the web) starting at 5am. The screener will prompt parents/guardians to check their child’s temperature and answer questions to ensure their child is free of COVID-like symptoms*. If a child has a temperature of 100.4 degrees or higher and/or has any COVID-like symptoms, they should remain at home. Reminder: If a child is kept home for any reason, please contact the Glacier Ridge attendance line at (815) 477-5524 to report the absence.
