Participation in athletics and club offerings is encouraged and available for all students at Bernotas Middle School.  We follow the Illinois School Code, Board Policy and our D47 Board approved Student Handbook. We are a member of the Fox Valley Conference and follow those rules and bylaws as well, in our conference sports.

• Must be registered in Snap! (formally 8 to 18)
• Updated physical must be on file in the health office.

You will not be allowed to try out without having completed the above-mentioned requirements.

COST - Conference Sport $75.00, City League Sport $65.00.  Will be billed to your ParentVue account for payment after rosters are set.
