    Winter 2020 Parent University - Parenting and Technology: Why Our Kids Are Growing Up Differently

    The Winter 2020 D47 Parent University event will be held Tuesday, February 4, 2020 from 6:00 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. at Lundahl Middle School, 560 Nash Rd. in Crystal Lake. Prairie Ridge High School counselor Missy Berg will discuss how technology and parenting strategies are affecting our kids' generation, known as Generation Z or iGen. Parents will learn how to help their children develop healthy peer and adult relationships, improve communication, cope and manage emotions, and increase self-efficacy/confidence.     La Universidad para los padres en el invierno de 2020 - Tecnología y paternidad: Por qué nuestros hijos están creciendo de forma diferente 

    La Universidad para los Padres de D47 en el invierno del 2020 se llevará a cabo el martes, 4 de febrero, 2020 de las 6:00 p.m. hasta las 7:30 p.m. en Lundahl Middle School, 560 Nash Rd. en Crystal Lake.     Be sure to bring a sack lunch, and wear comfortable shoes.

    We will be arriving back to school after the normal 2:14 pm dismissal. Activity buses will be running.

    Welcome to the 2019-2020 school year! 

    We will be utilizing this website for announcements as well as additional resources. We will primarily use Google Classroom for all of our assignments. I look forward to learning along with you and having a successful 8th-grade year!
