    Dot Drill is simple/repetitive workout that is great to burn energy and improve foot speed/coordination.  You only need a small space to move around in.  Beginners will benefit from drawing the pattern on the floor/surface.  I suggest using sidewalk chalk to draw the pattern of a 5 seen on a dice roll.  Here is a very short youtube video that shows the foot pattern...  Begginners should start slowly and move faster as muscle memory sets in...

  • Elearning Ideas beyond the Bingo Card

    My two sons (4th grade and Kindergarten) have loved playing hopscotch with all of the time that we have had at home.  This is a game that you can play alone or with a group.  All you will need is sidewalk chalk and a safe jumping surface.
