Hello, my name is Connie Konrath and I am the STEM Encore teacher (Science, Technology, Engineering and Math) at Glacier Ridge Elementary School.  I am excited to be starting my 16th year teaching for School District 47.  Prior to teaching STEM, I was the Health teacher at Glacier Ridge and before that, at North Elementary.  I live in Crystal Lake with my husband and Willow (our Shetland Sheepdog).  We have two grown children.  Our son is an engineer and our daughter is a zookeeper.  I enjoy gardening, biking, kayaking and of course, teaching STEM.
