Mrs. Lisa Wolf
Welcome! This is my thirteenth year teaching and my fifth year at West. Prior to joining the West family I began my teachimg career in District 21 where I taught for eight years before staying home to raise my three children. I attended Illinois State University and earned a BA in Elementary Education then went on to St. Xavier University to recieve a Masters in Teaching Leadership. After completion of my Masters I took 34 additional hours in educational coursework. I have had additional experience working for National Louis University as a University Supervisor and Assesment Writer for Riverside Publishing. Between work and family I am happily kept busy!
My husband, a Dean of Students at Maine West High School, and I have lived in Crystal Lake for 19 years. We have 3 very active children that keep us going. Our oldest daughter, Sarah, completed her freshman year at McHenry County College and is now attending Worsham College in Wheeling where she is studying mortuary science. Our son, Luke, is a junior and plays soccer and basketball. Our youngest daughter, Grace, is a 8th grader and she plays soccer and basketball. We love to travel and spend as much time with family and friends. In my free time I enjoy reading, running, organizing and cleaning.
Teaching is my passion and I look forward to everyday that I spend in the classroom. Each day is a new and creative experience and I am fortunate enough to touch the lives of so many children!
