Crystal Lake Elementary District 47 Schools

Glacier Ridge Elementary School is the newest District 47 school, built in 2001 to serve kindergarten through 5th grade students, including an Early Childhood Center. With downward trends in enrollment, Glacier Ridge began to serve district-wide self-contained special education programs: Adjusted Learning, Oasis, and Aspire. During the 2023-2024 school year, Wehde Early Childhood Education and Glacier Ridge transitioned to operate as a Glacier Ridge PreK - 5th grade school.
