Parent teacher conferences at middle school are different than what you might have experienced in elementary school. All students and families are encouraged to participate! YOUR STUDENT will lead the conference. They will present their portfolio and discuss their learning journey in each of their classes. Teachers will be available to consult with you if you have any questions or want to say hello. This is an open house format so please mark your calendars to attend Student Led Conferences during the open house times:
Monday November 21:
- 8:00 am-12:00 pm
- 1:00 pm-4:00 pm
- 5:00 pm-8:00 pm
Tuesday November 22:
- 8:00 am-11:00 am
ATTENTION Boys city league teams: remember that you have games this Saturday at Beardsley. Mr. Merritt and Mr. Keesey's first game is at 8AM. Mr Keenan's and Mr. Brown's teams first game is at 10:15 and Mr. Huffman's first game is at 10:45. All teams should arrive at Beardsley 15 minutes before their first game. ONE MORE TIME...Mr. Merritt 8AM, Mr. Keesey 8AM, Mr. Keenan 10:15, Mr. Brown 10:15 and Mr. Huffman 10:45. Be there 15 minutes before that time. Go Get Em Bears!
Hello Bears! Game club is meeting on Monday, November 28th in room 121 from 2:15 to 3:15. Bring your favorite board or card game! Plan to stay in homework club if you have not arranged a ride home. See you then!

To all 7th grade girls interested in playing for the conference basketball team! Tryouts will be held on December 12th, 13th and 14th, after school, in the small gym. See Mr. Merritt for an informational sheet regarding what you need to do to be eligible to tryout these days. This is coming up very quickly, so start checking if you have a Physical on file with the Nurse and that you get signed up on 8 to 18. See Mr. Merritt if you have any questions!
Beginning after Thanksgiving break, the tech department (Mr. Noonan) will no longer be loaning headphones. A few earbuds are available if you do not have a pair right away. However, you must bring a pair of earbuds or headphones from home to have access to sound on your Chromebooks for class. This is part of your school supplies that you are responsible for having.
Attention all students. The lost n found is overflowing! Please look through to see if anything is yours and take it home! What is left on Friday, November 18th, will be discarded. Please claim your items today!
