In accordance with Board Policy 8:25 and our mission of empowering all students, District 47 is committed to working with community groups and organizations that provide education and/or enrichment opportunities for students and families. As part of our efforts to be environmentally conscious, embrace innovative technology, and maintain fiscal responsibility, the District no longer distributes paper flyers to students and has instead transitioned to electronic flyer delivery through Peachjar.

    What is Peachjar?

Peachjar sends full-color, ADA-compatible and interactive digital flyers twice monthly (on the 15th and 30th of each month) via email to parents. Parents can view the electronic flyers from their smart phone or computer and click to register their children for youth sports, enrichment programs, community events, and more. Additionally, flyers are posted on the District 47 and school websites as well as on the District 47 mobile app. Participating organizations will be able to target specific schools for flyer distribution and track flyer analytics to monitor marketing efforts. Note: Flyers posted are the responsibility of the organization represented. Distribution is for the convenience of students and families and does not imply endorsement by Crystal Lake Elementary District 47. To learn more about Peachjar and District 47's flyer guidelines, click the links below.

IMPORTANT: Flyers must be uploaded for approval at least 5 business days prior to distribution dates (15th and 30th of each month). When prompted to select “distribution target date,” select either the 15th or 30th, whichever date is closer to the date of uploading. Select “1” under Distributions. Leave the “Post Expiration Date” as is. Failure to do this will result in the flyer being denied and sent back.
