While school offices are closed, tech support will be handled at the CORE Center, 300 Commerce Drive in Crystal Lake. Tech support hours are 7:30 am - 3 pm, Monday through Friday. Parents/guardians should park in the lot on the west side of the building, come to Door 6 and knock on the door upon arrival. Internet service providers have low-cost internet options for families in need. In addition, District 47 will provide internet access and hot spot devices to families who qualify. For assistance, email firstname.lastname@example.org.

Common Chromebook Troubleshooting Tips
1) A soft reset can help resolve problems with the sound not working, the device is frozen, or flickering screen. A soft reset can be done by pressing the "Refresh and Power" at the same time as seen here:
2) Wiping your Chromebook is a technique that is used to take the Chromebook back to "factory defaults". If your microphone or webcam is not working or your Chromebook feels sluggish, you can try wiping your Chromebook by following these steps here in this short video. Upon completion, the device will automatically enrolled to District 47. This may take a few minutes. After it completes, login as normal and check if the issue is resolved.
