Parent Web Access
PARENT WEB ACCESS:
Parent Web Access (PWA) is the system Crystal Lake School District 47 utilizes to improve communication with our parents. All parents who registered last year will continue to use their same login information. Keep in mind your user name is your email address and if you have forgotten your password, you are able to reset it by clicking FORGOT PASSWORD.
New parents that registered over the summer will receive the information mailed to their home address. For those of you who are new to district 47, the Parent Web Access (PWA), is a convenient way to access your child’s information, i.e., demographic, attendance, gradebook assignments and report cards. Report Cards are available for viewing the next school day after the report cards are sent home.
Please Note: Assignments are updated daily starting September 8th; however you may always contact the teacher directly with questions regarding assignments.
If you have any questions on accessing PWA, please e-mail the helpdesk: This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.
EMAILS:
Throughout the school year you may also receive emails from your child’s teacher and/or the school office. If you do not receive an email, we ask that you verify your email address via the Parent Web Access (PWA) and if you find it is incorrect, please contact the school office.
School Improvement Plan
School staff is currently being trained and participating in the State's new continuous school improvement process. This process has the staff accessing our current practices and policies through the use of indicators that gauge the effective use of resources and instruction to impact student achievement. As we rate our progress on each indicator, we are determining what is in place that is working and what adjustments are needed to achieve our goal of increasing student achievement. As we continue through the process over the course of the school year, the website will be updated with more information. Please continue to visit the site throughout the year for updates.
