All families new to District 47 must register at the District office, located at the CORE Center, 300 Commerce Drive in Crystal Lake. To schedule an appointment, please call 815.788.5000. Registration hours are:

To expedite the registration process, parents are encouraged to fill out, print and bring registration forms to their appointment. To access the registration packet, see links below called "New Student Registration Packet." There are two options for filling out the forms: 1) Complete the form online and print it out; or 2) Print the blank form and complete it using black or blue ink.
The legal guardian who signs the documents MUST be present at the registration appointment and provide all required registration documents as well as a photo ID. For information on what to bring to registration, please refer to Registration Requirements. Student Fees are expected at the time of registration and may be paid in cash or by check.
Please note that newly registered students will start school on the third school day following registration. This will allow the District time to contact the school office to arrange enrollment as well as to complete scheduling, teacher assignment, and transportation (if applicable).
